Blood Donation Clinic To Be Held In Cappawhite This Thursday

A single session blood donation clinic will take place in Cappawhite on Thursday November 28^th. 

The clinic will start at 4.50pm with the final appointments beginning at 8.10pm

The clinic will be held in the Community Centre Cappawhite – Eircode  E34 XR04.

Levels of  O negative, A negative and B negative Blood stocks are lower than desired at present with just 3 to 4 days bloodstock on hand to supply hospitals.

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service(IBTS) is appealing to donors to make an appointment for Thursday which is an appointment based clinic and says new donors are most welcome. Intending donors are asked to call 1800 222 111 to book an appointment.
