A memorial walk will be held this Sunday 10th November after 12 O’clock Mass. The walk is going from Cashel Parish Church to St. Cormac’s Cemetery. There will be a short prayer service at the cemetery. This is an opportunity for people to gather in the community to reflect and remember all loved ones.

The annual November remembrance Mass for the Holy Souls will be celebrated in St. Michael’s Parish Church, Tipperary on Tuesday 12th November at 7pm.

The annual Oola Christmas Fair takes place on Sunday 8th December at Oola Community Centre from 2pm to 6pm. Featuring: Craft Market with over 30 stalls, live music, mega raffle, plenty of festive food and drink, Oola Club’s 30 year celebrations and meet and greet with Santa Claus.

Oola GAA & Ladies Gaelic Football will host a Coffee Morning in aid of Oola Senior Citizens in Hogan’s Bar, Oola on Sunday 17th November.

The Annual General Meeting of Tipperary Tidy Towns will take place in Tipperary Community Centre-Blind Street entrance on Wednesday 13th November at 7.30pm. Please support Tipperary Town. You are most welcome to be part of a huge community effort. Your support is appreciated.

Paddy Corcoran from Golden is hosting an afternoon tea in The GAA Community Hall in Golden on Sunday 24th November at 3pm. Raise funds for The Hope Foundation. Paddy will be travelling to India with The Hope Foundation School Programme. Tickets can be booked by contacting 087-2425132

Lattin Cullen Comhaltas music classes will commence on Thursday the 7th November at 7pm.

A fundraising quiz in aid of The Hope Foundation will be held in the Porter House, Tipperary Town on Friday November 15th at 8pm. All funds raised will go directly to the Hope Foundation. Tipperary locals, Damien Ryan-Cooper and Muireann Creamer will travel to Kolkata, India in March 2025 with students from St. Mary’s Secondary School, Newport to work with street and slum children.

Taize Service: There will be Taize service (musical centering prayers) in Knockgraffon Church every Wednesday at 7.30pm for Holy Souls in November, starting this Wednesday November 6th. All are welcome. Knockgraffon Church is near New Inn at Eircode E25 HY68.

A Service of Remembrance will be held in St. Mary’s Church of Ireland, John Street, Tipperary Town for deceased members of ONE Irish Veteran Organisation, other Veteran Groups and deceased members of our Defence Forces on Sunday 10th November 2024. Service starts at 11am and after the service a wreath laying ceremony will be held at the Memorial Arch at St. Vincent’s, Station Road, Tipperary Town to honour all Irish Soldiers who died in wars worldwide. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Rosary will be recited in St. John’s Famine Graveyard at 3.30pm every Sunday for the month of November.
