Tipperary are through to the All Ireland Minor Hurling Championship following their win over Galway at the weekend.

The teams were neck and neck throughout the game with them level at 12 points each after half timel, with extra time needed to separate the sides.

The Tribesmem were down a player after Rhys O Connor was red carded for an off-the-ball flick on Darragh O Hora just before half time.

The final score at TUS Gaelic Grounds was Tipperary’s 1-24 to Galway’s 26 points.
