Met Eireann says county Tipperary remains under a status yellow rain warning until 6pm this evening leading to persistent and sometimes heavy rain which may lead to localised flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
County Waterford has now been included with County Cork in a higher status Orange warning for rain today โ this orange warning for heavy rain is valid from 4pm to 6pm and may cause localised flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
The status yellow rain warning until 6pm today also covers Limerick, Kerry, Offaly, Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow Dublin Laois and Kildare.
