The CJ Kickham Band is inviting the community to attend the official launch this evening of a mural dedicated to the Band and it’s historic contribution to the wider community. The Mural was recently completed by Local Mural Artist Neil O’Dwyer and is located on James Street, Tipperary Town.
The mural is one of five installed in the town in recent months involving the Tipperary Town Revitalisation Committee, Waterford Walls, South Tipperary Development Company and Tipperary Cahir Cashel MD Council. The band is especially grateful to the O’ Donovan Family for allowing their wall to be the canvas.
Tonight’s event begins at the Mural at 7.30pm and will also include a performance by the CJ Kickham band.
