Strong Ticket Sales Reported By Organisers of The Tipperary Town Music Festival

Organisers of the Tipperary Town Music Festival which begins tonight are reporting strong ticket sales for the four-night event. The Friday night concert by The Tumbling Paddies is now sold out. Committee Chairperson Eamon Ryan says the opening night is going to be a huge event with Cliona Hagan, Dee Morrissey and a special guest appearance by Louise Morrissey.
Limited tickets are available on the door for the Thursday, Saturday and Sunday performances at this stage. Tickets can also be purchased on tippearytown.ie or from committee members.
Saturday night will feature the Abbaesque Tribute band and a 90s disco, the finale on Sunday night features the Mike Denver Band. There has been huge support from local businesses for the event which is expected to be a major boost for the hospitality and accommodation operators locally. The event is being staged in a specially erected Marquee at Bank Place, Main Street, Tipperary town.
