Incidents of cars being targeted by youths throwing stones or eggs are being reported to Garda in Tipperary town.
Garda says drivers are reporting the incidents intermittently and that the attacks mainly occur in the evenings.
Garda are issuing an appeal for information as to the identity of those responsible and say members of the public can provide information on an anonymous basis by calling the station on 062 80670.
Garda say they want to reassure the public that they are aware of the behaviour and would like to end it before any serious injuries or fatalities occur.
