Appeal For Information On Spate of Local Burglaries

Gardaí in Tipperary Town are investigating a number of burglaries over recent weeks.

A house in the Clash-drum-smith area of Emly was entered and ransacked between 6pm and 8pm on Monday, March 6th.

The criminals damaged the front door to gain access.

The home owner reports that nothing was stolen.

Meanwhile on March 7th another home burglary was disturbed by the home owner – this was in the Bohercrowe area  at 12.45am.

The would be thieves left empty handed but had managed to open a window at the house.  

Garda are also investigating a burglary in the village of Lisvernane on the evening of Saturday the 11th of March between 3.30pm and 8pm.

The home owner reports some items of jewellery were stolen.
