Over 210,000 euro worth of suspected herbal cannabis destined for Co. Tipperary has been seized.
Revenue officers seized over 10.5kgs of the illegal drug at Shannon Airport, which were discovered concealed in parcels that had arrived in air cargo consignments from the United States.
This seizure is part of Revenue’s ongoing work targeting smuggling and shadow economy activity.
