EasyGo & Eir To Install E-Chargers In 13 Tipp Towns

A new partnership between EasyGo & eir will see the installation of one new Electric Vehicle Charger in each of 13 towns in county Tipperary. Tipperary County council says the investment is worth approximately €600,000.

EasyGo is Ireland’s largest car charging network provider and will now install the new fast electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in Ballina, Borrisokane, Cahir, Carrick-on Suir, Cashel, Clonmel, Fethard, Nenagh, Newport, Roscrea, Templemore, Thurles and Tipperary Town.       

EasyGo and eir will utilise Tritium’s world first, next generation simultaneous DC Rapid Chargers, adding up to 100km range to an Electric Vehicle in just 15 minutes. The precise locations and timeline for installation has not yet been confirmed.
