Commuters from Carrick-On-Suir, Kilsheelan, Clonmel, Cahir, Bansha, Tipperary Town, Limerick Junction, Monard, Oola, Pallas and Dromkeen were impacted.

Route 355 – 07:40: Clonmel – Waterford, Route 355 – 09:40: Waterford – Cahir, Route 355 – 11:30: Cahir – Waterford,
Route 355 – 13:40: Waterford – Clonmel,
Route 355 – 14:50: Clonmel – Waterford
Route 355 – 16:10: Waterford – Clonmel, Route 132
