Funeral Arrangements Revealed For Local Man Who Died Following Incident

Funeral arrangements have been made for a local man that died in an incident on Wednesday evening.

Peadar Purcell from Moher, Upperchurch was fatally injured on Wednesday while driving a tractor near Hollyford.

Reposing at O’ Dwyers Funeral Home, Upperchurch on Saturday evening from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral will arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, Upperchurch on Sunday at 1.30pm for Mass at 2pm followed by burial in the local cemetery.

Mr Purcell is survived by  his wife Joan, son Cathal, daughters Sheena and Aoife and their partners Colm and Owen, grandchildren Ally, Evan, Calin and Aila, brother Pakie, sisters Shelia (Barry) and Maudie (Ryan), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
