Tipperary Roads Policing and Road Safety Authority Ireland conducting a multi agency checkpoint along the N24 outside Cahir stopped this HGV which had a tyre on the trailer below the 1.6mm limit.
The vehicle was grounded until the defective tyre was replaced. A FCN has been issued to the driver.
