A company in Nenagh is recruiting staff for it ‘s school lunch provision business.
Staff are being sought for a variety of roles including drivers, sandwich makers, lunch packers and cleaning operatives.
The pay available is €10.50 per hour with annual increments also offered.
The staff is required for the school year and at times when schools are closed such as Christmas, Easter, Summer and Halloween the staff are advised to apply to the Department of Social Protection to check entitlements for supports.
The company known as “The Lunch Bag” produces and distributes lunches for school children.
The company is planning an open Day for potential staff on August 5th between 10am and 1pm.
Labour Party TD Alan Kelly has welcomed the announcement saying the flexible work schedule might suit many people.
