Tipperary Garda have impounded a vehicle in Nenagh after the driver was found to have no Insurance, NCT or motor tax.
The roads policing unit says the driver will now face court proceedings.
The unit also issued a €150.00 fine in respect of another vehicle parking in a Disabled parking space in Nenagh with no permit displayed.
Garda are monitoring the use of disabled parking bays as part of Operation Enable to ensure the spaces and permits are used in compliance with the regulations in place.
