Gardaí have made two arrests relating to anti social behaviour at the Liberty Square Festival in Thurles.
The individuals are detained at Thurles and Templemore Garda Station.
Both charged and bailed to appear before Thurles District Court in the coming weeks.
Investigations are ongoing.
