Tributes Paid To Clonmel Student Who Passed Away

A Clonmel secondary school is paying tribute to one of their first year student who passed away.

Aisling Kennedy from Ballymacarbry was battling injuries sustained from a road traffic incident before Easter.

Aisling, was struck in the head by the wing mirror of a van while heading home from school in April.

The Presentation Secondary School Clonmel says Aisling was a very popular and vibrant member of our First Year group.

The school says all staff, students and members of Board of Management of Presentation Secondary School Clonmel are deeply saddened by this news.

They want to express their sincere sympathy to Aisling’s family (Mam Louise, Dad Tom, her sisters Eimear and Aoife) and her friends at this difficult time.
