A survey of local fuel prices in Tipperary Town indicates variances in prices. The prices ranged from €215.9 to €211.8 per litre and all five local stations were checked on Sunday June 26th.
The town is served by several different companies – Maxol, Amber, Silverstream, Inver, Circle K and Applegreen.
Motorists have been encouraged to visit the website pumps.ie to log prices charged for fuel in their area.
Today the website records a price of €205.9 cents per litre at Circle K on the Athlone, county Roscommon as it’s lowest registered price as of June 25th.
The website shows that Topaz in Bansha charges €209.9/€211.9 as of June 24th while Maxol in Dromkeen charges €211.9/€209.9 per litre as of June 26th.
