New Cashel Fire Station To Be Build In One Year

1060

The development of the new state of the art Fire Station in Cashel is set to be complete in 12 months.

The project includes 3 quality bays at the Wallers Lot site near the M8 and it’s about to get started following an allocation of over €3.1M  for the project.

Final discussions with the preferred tenderer are underway to agree a start date for the project.

The project has already secured the necessary planning permission.

Cathaoirleach of Tipperary County Council, Cllr. Marie Murphy says the location of the new station is particularly well suited to allow for  service to the people of Cashel and it’s hinterland.

The design team for the project is led by EML Architects with offices in Limerick and Dublin.
