A search is underway to find a missing man from Co. Tipperary in MacGillyCuddy Reeks in Kerry.
The alarm was raised at late last night when John Dunne failed to return to his accommodation.
The 61-year-old is a regular visitor to the area.
The Kerry Mountain Rescue team have been searching since early this morning.
The rescue group is appealing to anyone who may have seen John on the hills yesterday or this morning to please contact Killarney Gardaí on 064 6631222.
