Drivers and residents in the Tipperary Town area are advised of a 5 day 24 hour per day closure of Station Road due to repair works on the Rail Crossing .
This is a 24hr closure and as such the road at the level crossing will be closed all day from 8.30am on Monday 30th May until 5.30pm on Friday 3rd May to facilitate works to the rail crossing.
The council has put two Diversion routes into operation. Heavy Goods vehicles are to be diverted via O’Brien Street and Galbally Road. Cars and light goods vehicles are to be diverted via the N24 Clonmel Road and the Link Road.
