Cashel-based TD Martin Browne has continued to press for an alternative traffic layout near Cashel Community School.
Deputy Browne says while many people have been concerned about the safety of the layout a recent incident has added new weight to their safety concerns.
The deputy says he is engaged with Tipperary County Council about the dangers posed by the current layout which he says is a hazard to all ages.
