A new brand for Templemore town is to be launched this evening.
The event will be held in the Templemore Arms at 7.45pm and all are welcome.
The project is part of a redevelopment of the town website and an attempt to raise the profile of the town and all it has to offer.
In recent years the town has attracted many visitors due to the development of the Town Park and work is also under way to redevelop the former council office building in the town centre.
The Thurles based Designedly Agency is the creative leader on the project which has included a community survey to develop the brand elements.
The Branding Team for Templemore is made up of members of the Templemore Traders and Business Association and Templemore Community Development Association.
The organisers of the brand reveal are also offering light refreshments and a surprise to end to the evening.
The event tomorrow will also be livestreamed on the Templemore Facebook page at Templemore community.
