Centra, the convenience retailer, has announced a €25 million investment in an expansion programme, which will result in 18 new shops opening this year. Centra, has reported strong sales of €1.98 billion and 2.5% annual growth for 2021. The investment will create more than 430 new jobs across the country. Centra employs 11,716 people across its 483 shops in Ireland at present. The company has 18 stores in county Tipperary at present.
