A major housing development for Cashel has been lodged under the Strategic Housing Development to An Bord Pleanála.
The proposed development includes the construction of 108 unit which will consist of 4 bedroom detached, 3 to 4 bedroom semi-detached and three bedroom terraced along with 2 to 3 bedroom apartments.
The location for the development is Cooper’s – Lot on the Clonmel Road in Cashel.
All apartments will have private balconies /terraces and communal open space.
The project also includes 216 car park spaces, 108 bicycles spaces, a creche and playground.
The applicant J. Osoina Limited will receive a decision on their development from An Bord Pleanála on the 7th of June 2022.
Under the strategic system the application bypasses the local authority and goes directly to An Bord Pleanála for a decision.
These decisions cannot be appealed.
