The N24 road from Tipperary Town to Limerick has reopened following a single vehicle collision just before noon today.
The incident involved a car.
The driver and sole occupant of the car has been taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Garda and Tipperary Fire Services responded to the incident.
It is understood that the vehicle left the road and hit the roadside hedge – at this stage it is not thought that any other vehicle was involved.
