An application has been lodged to turn an existing building in Cahir into apartments.
If given the green light by the local authority the work will consist of the demolition of an existing building on Abbey Street.
The application by Dan Casey says it will then involve the construction of a single building containing nine apartments.
The development would also include a bin storage area and bicycle parking.
