The latest figures show Co Tipperary has the second highest homeless rate in the South East.
47 people were recorded as homeless in the Premier County in November compared to 45 the previous month.
In the South East a total of 217 people are homeless, with 25-44 years old making up 53% of that figure.
While 44 children in the region are homeless.
