Two anti-mask protesters were arrested in Tipperary Town on Friday, 6th November, after having allegedly breached the Public Order Act at Tipperary Town Shopping Centre on the Limerick Road.
The campaigners, a man from Galway (60s) and a Cork woman (30s) appeared before a special sitting of Ennis District Court the following day.
The pair were granted bail and were remanded to appear before the courts in a forthcoming sitting.
