A public consultation will be a strong feature of the work carried out by the Tipperary Town Revitalisation Taskforce.
That was according to the taskforce’s chairperson Carmel Fox this morning, following the taskforce’s latest meeting.
The public will soon also be able to drop-in to street-front premises that has been identified as the future location for the soon-to-be appointed project manager and administrative support staff.
The office will be the point of contact where members of the community can access information about the work of the task force, while also providing the public with the opportunity to give feedback and contribute ideas for the revitalisation programme.
The public will also be consulted with on a number of specific matters throughout the course of the revitalisation programme.
The position of Project Manager is expected to be filled within the next six weeks to two months.
