Free public Wi-Fi is coming to Tipperary next year.
The service is being provided through the WiFi4EU initiative which promotes free access to Wi-Fi connectivity for citizens in public spaces.
The initiative’s rollout in Tipperary town was mentioned at this week’s meeting of the Cahir-Cashel-Tipperary District Council.
Speaking to Tipp Mid West this morning, Cllr Annemarie Ryan said that the new initiative is due to come online in a significant part of Tipperary town by June 2020.
