Gardaí seek info on vehicular damage, burglary and theft

Gardaí are seeking witnesses to an incident in which two cars in Tipperary town were damaged over the weekend.

The two cars were parked in the Murgasty area.

At around 1.30am on Sunday, a silver-coloured VW car is believed to have struck one of them, causing it to roll into, and damage the other. Substantial damage was caused to both parked cars.

Gardaí are now asking anyone who may have seen a silver VW car – that would also show signs of damage – that may have been in the area at the time, to contact them.

Oil theft in Bansha

Meanwhile, the public is being advised to remain vigilant for people who have been stealing oil in the area recently.

Two such thefts occurred in the Bansha area at the beginning of the month. The oil was stolen from plant machinery.

Gardaí are urging the public to take appropriate measures to ensure their possessions are safe and secure.

Burglary in Kilfeacle

The public is also being asked to report to gardaí if anyone may have any information relating to a burglary in the Kilfeacle area recently.

Between the afternoon of Saturday, November 9th and 2pm the following afternoon, a house was broken into and a laptop was stolen.
