Visitor restrictions are still in place at South Tipperary General Hospital.
The restrictions were imposed earlier this week due to a number of cases of the Norovirus among patients.
Visiting is only allowed in exceptional circumstances and by agreement with the Clinical Nurse Managers.
Outpatient Department appointments are continuing as normal.
