Fáilte Ireland has given Visitor Information Point status to Tipperary town’s Dalton House.
Approval was given after continued efforts by the Tipperary Town Heritage Group.
Achieving this status means that Dalton House will be included on the Discover Ireland and Fáilte Ireland websites as one of their approved information points.
It also means that the premises will be provided with official literature and staff training, as well as access to employment schemes where needed.
