The GAA has upheld Tony Kelly’s red card which he picked up against Tipperary last weekend. The decision to reject Clare’s appeal against the decision was made by the Central Hearings Committee (CHC). Tony will now miss Sunday’s clash with Kilkenny but will be available to play against Cork in two weeks.
