Tipp Mid West has learned that the Sky Innovation Park could soon be approved by the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) as being of high enough standard to enter its property portfolio for marketing.
An extensive programme of upgrading works has taken place at the site on the Limerick Road in Tipperary since its owners Corajio agreed to change its planning status to innovation and industry, and also agreed to upgrade it to a level that would be suitable for the IDA to market it.
