A hero’s welcome has been afforded to Ireland’s Special Olympics team who arrived back in Dublin today.
88 sports stars arrived from Los Angeles this morning sporting a total of 82 medals.
Among the medal winners were Co Tipperary’s Kelly Delaney and Rachel Ryan who took home medals for badminton and athletics respectively.
