Voters in Tipperary North and South have voted yes to ratify the Fiscal Stability Treaty in the referendum held on May 31st. last.
Voter turnout in Tipperary was approximately 52% of those eligible to vote with slightly higher numbers turning out in the north of the county. Both the turnout and the ‘yes’ vote was marginally higher in Tipperary compared with the national level.
