An animal rights protest took place in Dublin today in opposition to the practice of fur farming in Ireland.
The group protesting are ALiberation, were due to hang a 15 foot banner off O'Connell Bridge condemming the trade.
Groups claim that the government is blocking a ban on such farming which was due to be implemented over a three year period.
