Regional & Local Road Grants Allocations

The Department of Transport & Tourism has announced that over €10 Million is being allocated in South Tipperary under the 2012 Regional & Local Grant Allocations.
According to South Tipperary Fine Gael TD Tom Hayes the money allocated will go towards specific projects, restoration improvements,  block grants and safety works.

As part of this allocation funding of €675,000 has also been secured for works on the R689 Fethard Road Railway Bridge.
