Sinn Fein MEP Liadh Ní Riada has said that she wants to have a meeting with Minister Kelly to discuss the future of the Leader programme.

She said that she is concerned with a draft submission put forward by his department which would attempt to redefine the local funding programme.

She went on to say that Minister Kelly needs to row back on the decisions of his predecessor Phil Hogan and that she wants to discuss the matter in more detail with him L
