Final stages of CAP reform talks.

The Junior Minister for Agriculture Tom Hayes is travelling to Brussels this week as talks on CAP reform enter their final stages.

Over the weekend he held preliminary meetings with South Tipperary IFA representatives ahead of this week's final round of negotiations.

Meanwhile talks in Luxenburg between EU member states and the European Commission on CAP reforms have begun today
